Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高圧電源回路の一端にターミナル電極槽が接続
    され、他端にリーデイング電極槽が接続され、前
    記ターミナル電極槽と前記リーデイング電極槽の
    間に試料注入口と検出器とが順に管路にて連結さ
    れた等速電気泳動装置において、 前記高圧電源回路の出力電流値を一定に制御す
    る定電流制御部と、前記高圧電源回路の出力電圧
    をモニタする電圧モニタ部と、この電圧モニタ部
    のモニタ電圧により前記定電流制御部を介して前
    記高圧電源回路の出力電流値を制御する演算部と
    を備え、前記演算部は、タイマと、このタイマか
    らの出力により一定時間ごとに前記電圧モニタ部
    からモニタ電圧を入力してそのときの前記高圧電
    源回路の出力電流値との計算により液抵抗値Ｒを
    算出する液抵抗算出部と、この液抵抗算出部によ
    り算出された液抵抗値Ｒと予め設定された定電力
    値Ａとから電流値Ｉを算出する電流算出部と、前
    記液抵抗算出部により算出された液抵抗値Ｒが予
    め設定された液抵抗値Ｒｏ以上か否かを判定する
    比較部とを備え、前記定電流制御部は前記比較部
    が液抵抗値ＲがＲｏ以上であると判定した場合に
    は予め定められた検出用定電流値Ｉ１により前記
    高圧電源回路を制御し、上記以外の場合は初期設
    定された定電流値Ｉｏ、及びその後は前記電流算
    出部の出力電流値Ｉにより前記高圧電源回路を制
    御するものであることを特徴とする等速電気泳動
    装置。
