互配置に積層されるとともに、各チユーブの両端
が1対の中空ヘツダーに連結され、かつ少なくと
も一方のヘツダーの内部に、熱交換媒体を蛇行状
に流通させる仕切板が設けられた熱交換器であつ
て、前記仕切板は、その厚さ方向を長さ方向とし
て配置された所定長さの棒状部材に予め固着され
るとともに、該棒状部材をその長さ方向をヘツダ
ーの長さ方向に沿わせてヘツダー内に挿入される
ことにより、所期する取付部位に配設され、かつ
接合一体化されてなることを特徴とする熱交換器
