Claims (1)
- チユーブの外面側に第一熱交換媒体が流通する
と共に、内面側に第２熱交換媒体が流通する熱交
換器おいて、周面がテーパーで平面が長円形の筒
状部１を一つのみほぼ方形の金属板片の中央部に
深絞り成形加工により形成し且つ、前記長円形の
長軸を前記金属板のほぼ対角線上に位置させてフ
インエレメント２を構成し、前記筒状部１が互い
に嵌着するように多数の前記フインエレメント２
を積層し、夫々の前記嵌着部を互いに液密にろう
付け固定してフイン付きチユーブ３を形成し、複
数の前記フイン付チユーブ３を夫々の前記長軸が
前記第１熱交換媒体の流れ４にほぼ平行になるよ
うに位置させ且つ、前記流れ４の前後方向に位置
をずらすと共に、該流れ４に直交する方向へは前
記金属板の幅ｂよりも狭い間隔で夫々の前記チユ
ーブ３を配設したことを特徴とする熱交換器。
