Claims (1)
- 両端部にオイル流通孔１が開口されると共に、
周縁が互いに逆向きに立ち上げ形成された一対の
細長い金属板２をモナカ状に重ね合わせてエレメ
ント３を構成し、複数の該エレメント３を液密に
積層してエンジン冷却水冷却用のアルミニウム製
熱交換器のタンクに内装させるオイルクーラにお
いて、前記金属板２の母材４をアルミニウム又は
その合金で形成すると共に、その水側に前記母材
４の電極電位より卑なる電位のアルミニウム合金
をクラツドし、オイル側にアルミニウム合金から
なるろう材５を被覆し、前記エレメント３同志を
前記オイル流通孔１の孔縁部で前記オイル側のろ
う材５により炉内で一体的にろう付け接合したこ
とを特徴とするオイルクーラ。
