The present invention mainly relates to a mounting table for audio equipment on which the audio equipment can be placed to prevent transmission of vibrations due to solid propagation. In recent years, large stereos, radio cassettes, karaoke, and other audio equipment have come into use in general homes and other settings, and the vibrations generated by these large audio equipment can be transmitted to adjacent rooms and floors through structural materials such as building floors and pillars. It has become a problem that so-called solid-borne sound propagates to the rooms on the upper floor and below, causing significant discomfort to residents in other rooms. Although so-called air noise, which is propagated by vibrating the air, can be somewhat effective by installing soundproofing equipment on the floor structure, walls, etc. of the room, the above-mentioned transmission of solid-borne sound cannot be eliminated. . In view of this, the present invention is designed to prevent the vibrations generated from the audio equipment from being propagated to the structural material by mounting and using the audio equipment as described above.
The purpose of this invention is to provide a mounting table for audio equipment that can easily prevent its influence on other rooms. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the appearance of a mounting table 1 according to the present invention.
FIG. 2 shows its longitudinal section, and the size is selected depending on the size and weight of the audio equipment to be used. The structure consists of a base plate 2 made of a bondable material such as plywood, a facing material 4 that forms an audio equipment mounting surface 3 that is adhered to the top surface of the base plate 2, and a base plate 2.
a vibration isolator 5 mainly made of rubber and adhered to the lower surface of the
It consists of an outer peripheral material 6 mainly made of rubber that covers these peripheral sides. The covering material 4 is made of a rubber sheet, cloth, needle punch type carpet material, etc., has the same size as the base plate 2, and is attached to the upper surface thereof with an adhesive. In the illustrated embodiment, a rubber plate is used, and a large number of uneven stripes are formed on the upper surface of the plate to prevent slippage and provide cushioning properties. The vibration isolator 5 is made of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, or other similar bondable material, and as shown in FIG. , 7... and these flat adhesive surfaces 7,
It has a zigzag-shaped cross section in which trapezoids are alternately continuous with the threaded parts 8, 8, which connect the parts 7 and serve as elastic support parts. The threaded portions 8, 8... are the flat adhesion surfaces 7, 7...
It is formed slightly thicker, and on both sides of these cylindrical portions 8, 8... and on the back side of the flat adhesion surfaces 7, 7...,
Long fibers 9 having a pile length of about 1 to 3 m/m are flocked as densely as possible by electrostatic flocking or the like. The above-mentioned vibration isolator 5 has upper adhesive surfaces 7, 7, . It is formed smaller than the plate 2. The outer circumferential member 6 has a rectangular frame shape, and has an inner dimension in which the base plate 2 can be fitted inside the upper part, as shown in the cross section in FIG. A stepped portion 6a is formed on which the lower surface of the outer circumference rests,
A protrusion 6b for receiving the base plate 2 is formed on the inner periphery of the upper surface of the stepped portion 6a. The height from the upper surface of this protrusion 6b to the upper end surface of the outer peripheral material 6 is equal to the total thickness of the base plate 2 and the facing material 4 attached to its upper surface, and from the upper surface of the protrusion 6b. The height of the outer circumferential member 6 to the lower end surface is approximately equal to the thickness of the vibration isolator 5. The inner surface of the outer peripheral material 6 is adhered to the side end surface of the base plate 2 with an adhesive, but the cross-sectional shape of the outer peripheral material 6 is not necessarily limited to the illustrated embodiment, and includes the facing material 4. Various forms may be adopted as necessary as long as they cover the peripheral surfaces of the base plate 2 and the vibration isolator 5 and do not interfere with the vibration isolation function of the vibration isolator 5. As illustrated in FIG.
The audio equipment 10 is placed at a position corresponding to the position shown in FIG. By doing this, even when a heavy audio device 10 is placed, it can be elastically supported by the beams 8, 8, etc. of the vibration isolator 5 bonded to the bottom surface of the base plate 2, and this vibration isolator 5 can be used for bonding. Since the fiber material 9 is flocked on the other surfaces except the flat surface 7, the pressure strength is increased, and strong cushioning properties can be provided without increasing the hardness of the rubber that is the material of the vibration isolator 5. Therefore, there is no problem that elasticity decreases when the hardness is increased, and even if the audio equipment 10 has a large weight, it can sufficiently withstand the weight and support it in a cushioning manner. In addition, the vibrations transmitted from the audio equipment 10 to the base plate 2 are
It is attenuated while being transmitted to the flat adhesion surface 7 at the bottom,
Since the sound waves are absorbed by the fiber material 9, their propagation to the floor and outside is blocked.
The outer circumferential material 6 that surrounds the outside further prevents the spread. Depending on the weight of the audio equipment 10 and the amount of vibration generated, even more effects can be achieved if the vibration isolator 5 has a two-layer structure. In other words, in order to stack two sheets, as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive flat surfaces 7, 7 are crossed and adhered to each other for fixation. The results of compression experiments regarding the vibration isolator 5 are as follows.

[Table] As can be seen from the above results, when the vibration isolator is flocked with hair, the compressive strength is more than double, and it can withstand even heavy audio equipment. can. As explained above, when installing a large stereo, radio cassette, or other audio equipment, the present invention supports the equipment by placing it on the area on which the legs rest, thereby reducing the sound and vibrations generated by the equipment. Since it is possible to absorb and block sound to prevent solid propagation to structural materials such as floors, it is possible to effectively prevent sound from audio equipment from becoming solid propagating sound and being transmitted to other parts. It goes without saying that the mounting table according to the present invention can be expected to produce similar effects even when used as a mounting table for a sound source similar to an audio device.
