Inorganic foam material or foamed synthetic resin material such as polyolefin, plywood, particle board, concrete panel, etc., and vinyl chloride damping sheet are laminated if necessary, but when laying or placing directly Since the former layer of foam material or the like sinks over time and causes distortion on the floor surface, wooden or metal joists are used to support the floor material in order to eliminate this sinking.

It is a solution idea that does not conform to the above and is not preferable in this respect. In order to eliminate this drawback, there is also the idea of sandwiching foam material on either the upper or lower surface of the joist, but this is to add the cause of subduction to the joist to prevent subduction. Therefore, it was difficult to obtain a preferable solution.

Exert. Due to the presence of the foam layer, vibration absorption can be performed more effectively. If a cushioning layer such as non-woven fabric or glass wool is formed instead of the foamed layer, the absorbing action of vibration can be performed by this.

Alternatively, it has a supporting layer 2 made of a foamed sheet having a thickness of about 1 mm or less, a film of each material, or any other material or laminated material, which does not cause practically inconvenient sinking on the floor surface. ,
A closed cell foam layer 3 of vinyl chloride, urethane or the like is adhered and laminated on the lower surface thereof, and a plurality of small cutout holes 4 are formed in the foamed layer 3 at predetermined intervals in advance.
An inorganic material such as rubber, synthetic rubber, calcium carbonate, carbon or the like, which has a flat base surface 6 having a substantially full size therein and is formed in a shape higher than the thickness of the foam layer 3 Virtually formed by inserting the protrusion 5 mainly composed of rubber or synthetic rubber such as mixed rubber mixed with the like, fixing the base surface 6 to the support layer 2 by adhesion, and connecting the tip end portions of the protrusion 5 group. An air layer 7 is formed between the flat surface 8 and the foam layer 3.

The floor material 1 is set to have a thickness of about 3 mm or more, preferably about 5 mm or more, and the total thickness of the floor material 1 is a flooring or the like laid on the floor material 1 from a base surface 9 (which can be the same surface as the virtual plane 8) to be installed. The thickness up to the surface of the finishing material 10 can be set so as to be accommodated in a desired floor position. A polypropylene film or other protective sheet or film may be mounted on at least one of the upper and lower surfaces of the foam layer 3.

According to this, since it is surface-bonded to the support layer 2 and stable, and is in a bonding state close to the point contact with the base surface 9, it is possible to absorb vibrations, absorb impact noise, and generate sound in the air layer 7. To prevent the sound from propagating to the base surface 9 and to achieve a sufficient soundproofing effect.

The slight elasticity of the protrusion cushions the impact on the foot at the time of contact with the ground, so that the walking feeling becomes more preferable.
