2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally known floors capable of attenuating floor sounds are made of glass wool or other fiber material having a sufficient thickness.
It has a structure in which an inorganic foam material or a polyolefin foam synthetic resin material, a plywood, a particle board, a concrete panel, or the like, and a vinyl chloride vibration-damping sheet are laminated as necessary. Since the former layer, such as a foam material, sinks over time to cause distortion on the floor surface, wooden or metal joists are used to support the floor material in order to eliminate the sinking.

However, the bearing by the joist directly propagates the sound, especially the impact sound, from the floor base to the lower part (lower floor) through the wide joint surface of the joist. This is a solution philosophy that does not conform to the above, and is not preferable in this respect. In order to solve this drawback, there is also a concept of sandwiching a foam material etc. on either the upper or lower surface of the joist, but in this case, the cause of the sinking is added again to the joist to prevent sinking. Therefore, it was difficult to be a preferable solution.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention has a remarkable effect for improving soundproofing by dispersing sound while reducing the body vibration of the sound, especially the impact sound, and at the same time, it is possible to reduce the impact such as sinking or the like which is hardly deformed. It has a unique floor support structure to develop a sound attenuating floor.

[0005] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, small cutout holes are formed in the flooring material at appropriate intervals in a sound attenuating layer formed of a foamed layer, and the height of the notch is approximately equal to the thickness of the sound attenuating layer in the hole. And a configuration in which a rubber-based protrusion having compression hardness greater than that of the sound attenuating layer is provided.

In the present invention, a sheet or a film is laminated on both upper and lower surfaces of a sound attenuating layer having a foam layer, and small notches are formed in the sound attenuating layer at appropriate intervals. In the hole, a floor material having a rubber or synthetic rubber-based projection having a substantially spherical shape at a height substantially equal to the thickness of the sound attenuating layer and having a compression hardness greater than that of the sound attenuating layer is inserted. It is characterized in that the floor load is provided by the above-mentioned projections to provide an impact sound attenuating floor.

The sound attenuating layer is preferably formed of, for example, a closed cell foam layer, a simultaneous cell foam layer, or a laminate of a closed cell foam layer and a simultaneous cell foam layer. It may be formed by lamination with a buffer layer other than a foam layer having an appropriate thickness and including a myriad of small voids.

[Function] The sound attenuating layer absorbs and diffuses vibration to attenuate the propagation of sound, and rubber or synthetic rubber-based projections also absorb vibration to attenuate the propagation of sound. Since the bearing is supported, the floor does not sink due to the compression deformation of the sound attenuation layer.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3, a floor material 1 which is a main component of an impact sound attenuating floor according to the present invention is made of plywood, vinyl chloride or other synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, non-woven sheet, fiber sheet, paper sheet, or thickness. Foam sheet of about 1 mm or less, or each film, other optional materials,
A closed cell foam layer 3 of vinyl chloride, urethane, or the like is bonded and laminated on the lower surface of the support layer 2 which is a laminated material and is made of a material that does not cause practically inconvenient settlement on the floor surface,
A plurality of small notches 4 are previously formed at predetermined intervals in the foam layer 3, and the small notch 4 has a flat base surface 6 having a substantially full size therein, Insert a rubber or synthetic rubber-based protrusion 5 mainly made of rubber or synthetic rubber or a mixed rubber mixed with calcium carbonate, carbon or other inorganic material having the same height as the thickness, and attach the base surface 6 to the support layer 2. It is glued to and fixed.

The foam layer 3 has a thickness of about 5 mm or more, and the entire thickness of the floor material 1 depends on the surface of the finishing material 8 such as flooring to be laid on the floor material 1 from the ground surface 7 to be installed. Is preferably set so that the thickness up to the desired floor position can be accommodated. A polypropylene film or other protective sheet or film may be provided on the lower surface of the foam layer 3.

The illustrated protrusion 5 is formed such that a flat surface of a hemisphere is used as a base surface 6 and a tip end (ball top) of the protrusion is formed as a slightly flat surface. According to this, since the surface is bonded to the support layer 2 in a stable state and the bonding state is close to the point contact with the ground surface 7, the vibration sound is absorbed and the impact sound is absorbed, and the sound to the ground surface 7 is absorbed. Can be prevented from being propagated, and a soundproofing effect can be achieved.

The shape of the projection may not be the above-mentioned hemisphere, but may be a polygonal hemisphere, an inverted truncated cone or an inverted pyramid, or a modified shape thereof, based on the contact surface with the base surface 7. Face 6
Although the smaller shape is most preferable, the purpose and effect can be achieved by the entire structure of the floor of the present invention, even if the shape is a cylinder or a prism, or an inverted shape as described above. If the small cutout 4 of the foam layer 3 has a holding shape or a protective sheet or a film is provided on the lower surface of the foam layer so as not to fall off from the foam layer 3, the shape is spherical. You can also.

Further, the interval between the protrusions 5 (the number of the protrusions) can be appropriately set according to the floor use and the required withstand load. For example, as long as the base surface 6 is set so that the load capacity of the floor surface on which 20 hemispherical projections 5 each having a diameter of 20 mm are arranged at a uniform interval per 20 m 2 as shown in the drawing is at least 100 kg or more. , And have sufficient practical strength. It is most appropriate to arrange 10 to 40, preferably 20 to 30, protrusions per m 2 .

FIG. 4 shows an embodiment different from the above. In this flooring 1A, the foaming layer 3 in the flooring 1 is a laminate of the closed cell foaming layer 3 and the simultaneous cell foaming layer 3A. In this case, a spherical projection 5A having the same diameter as the thickness of the laminate is inserted into the small notch hole 4, and the upper and lower surfaces of the laminate are covered with sheets or films 10 and 11 made of polypropylene or another material. . According to this, the simultaneous cell foam layer 3A

As described above, according to the present invention, a sound attenuator, particularly a preferable damping effect for impact sound, can be provided by the rubber or synthetic rubber-based protrusion and the sound-attenuating layer. Since the floor load is supported, it is possible to provide a floor which does not cause sinking of the floor even if it has a sound attenuation layer such as a foam layer. In addition, by setting the strength of the protruding part as desired, it is possible to realize a floor strength corresponding to the intended use, and the slight elasticity of the protruding part cushions the impact on the foot at the time of contact with the ground. The floor is more preferable.

Further, since the protrusions are arranged at the same height in the sound attenuating layer formed below the support layer, it is convenient for handling floor materials and can simplify floor construction. The sound attenuating layer is a closed cell foam layer, or a simultaneous cell foam layer,
Alternatively, a damping effect can be selectively adopted by adopting a laminated structure of both. Further, a cushioning material other than the foam may be employed instead of the foam layer.
