    押付け得るようにした変速機の同期装置において
    、前記シンクロナイザキーが挿入されるシンクロ
    ナイザリングの溝の奥面を、スリーブの軸心に略
    直交する内径側の起立面部と、この起立面の上縁
    から斜め外方に伸びてシンクロナイザリングの外
    周面に連続する外径側の傾斜面部とからなるもの
    にしたことを特徴とする変速機の同期装置。
