Claims (1)
- 発熱体１の内側に外部反応管２を垂設し、この
外部反応管２の中心部に排気管４を垂直に配設し
、この排気管４を中心にして複数個の内部反応管
３を垂設せしめ、排気管４に嵌め込んだ反応室キ
ヤツプ部７上に、各内部反応管３内に挿入される
多数のウエーハ１１を支持した複数個のボート１
０を載置し、各内部反応管３の下方より原料ガス
を供給すると共に、中心部の排気管４の下方より
排気するように構成した減圧縦型ＣＶＤ装置。
