第４図はシリンダライナの斜視図で、互いに１８
０度反対側から見たものであり、第５図はシリン
ダライナを嵌装したシリンダブロツクのボア部の
一部を示す縦断面図、第６図は更に別の実施例を
示し、シリンダライナを嵌装したシリンダブロツ
クのボア部の一部を示す縦断面図である。 １はシリンダライナ、２は鍔部、３は外周面、
４，８，９は冷却液通路用の溝、５はシリンダブ
ロツク、６は内周面、７，１０は冷却液流路、Ｗ
は溝巾、Ｄは溝深さ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ライナ外周面とこのライナが嵌装するシリ
    ンダブロツクのボア部内周面のいずれか又は双方
    に設けた冷却液通路用の溝で冷却液流路を形成し
    たシリンダの冷却構造において、前記冷却液流路
    の断面積を軸方向下部から上部に向けて連続的又
    は断続的に小さくしてなるシリンダの冷却構造。 (2) 前記冷却液通路用の溝がシリンダライナの
    外周面に設けられた螺旋溝であることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のシリンダ
    の冷却構造。 (3) 前記冷却液通路用の溝がシリンダライナの
    外周面に軸方向に複数個設けられた環状溝と、シ
    リンダライナの外周面又はシリンダブロツクのボ
    ア部内周面に設けられて前記隣接する環状溝同士
    を互いに連通する軸方向溝とからなることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のシリ
    ンダの冷却構造。
