- ピストン頂面にキヤビテイを有し、キヤビテイ
の外周に冷却空洞が形成され、この冷却空洞をオ
イルが循環する内燃機関のピストンにおいて、前
記キヤビテイの上縁部の近傍に熱媒体を内蔵する
ヒートパイプの受熱部を設け、ヒートパイプの放
熱部を前記冷却空洞内に設けたことを特徴とする
内燃機関のピストン。
