ちボイラへ供給し、該ボイラにて発生した蒸気を
前記凝縮器へ導いて蒸留水を得る蒸留水製造装置
において、前記凝縮器の上流側原水路に原水流量
を一定に保つための流量制御弁を設け、前記凝縮
器からの原水路に、前記ボイラへの供給水量を一
定に保つように原水流を直接二つに分岐させて一
方を直接前記ボイラへ、他方を直接排水路へ導く
分岐路を設けたことを特徴とする蒸留水製造装置
。 (2) 前記分岐路におけるボイラ側の水路径及び
排水路側の水路径が、前記ボイラへの供給水量を
予め定めた一定量に保つように一定に形成されて
いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の蒸留水
製造装置。 (3) 前記分岐路に、前記ボイラ側の水路径を調
節する装置を備えた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の蒸留水製造装置。 (4) 前記分岐路におけるボイラ側水路の少なく
とも一部が前記ボイラ内に挿入設置されている実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項又は第３項
