Claims (1)
中性処理装置において、復水器からの復水導管を
脱塩装置に接続し、次いで流量発信器を介して蒸
気発生装置に接続するとともに、大気に開放され
た補給水タンクを酸素注入量調節弁を介して上記
復水導管に接続し、かつ、上記流量発信器の流量
信号により上記酸素注入量調節弁を制御可能に接
続したことを特徴とする複合中性処理装置。 (2) 上記流量発信器の後段に、液面計を備えた
脱気器を接続し、他方、上記補給水タンクから復
水器に補給水を供給するための導管を設け、該導
管に補給水調節弁を付設し、かつ、上記水位計の
信号により上記補給水調節弁を制御可能に接続し
たことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の複合中性処
