Abstract

PURPOSE: To heighten heat recovery percentage, by reducing the temp. of circulation water flowing into an exhaust gas economizer lower than the saturation temp. of a steam drum.
CONSTITUTION: A flow rate adjusting valve 12, a pressure-reducing orifice 13, a low pressure gas-water separator 14 and a feed-water injection nozzle 15 are installed between a steam drum 1 and a circulation pump 2, and water is fed to a location to be supplied, which is selected, by means of change-over valves 16 and 17 from a feed-water adjusting valve 11. With circulation water extracted from the steam drum 1, its flow rate is adjusted by means of the flow rate adjusting valve 12 so that the water-level of the low pressure gas-water separator 14 be regulated to the reference water surface, and it is pressure reduced by means of an orifice 13. In this case, circulation water causes self-evaporation, is changed into a gas-water mixed body and flows into the low pressure gas-water separator 14. Water separated is extracted from the low pressure gas-water separator 14, mixed with feed-water with low temp. injected from the feed-water injection nozzle 15 and sent to a heating tube group 5 of an exhaust gas economizer by means of the pump 2.
