Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端が開口端部である外囲器の内部を直列
に連接された複数空間に分割する分割手段、前記
開口端部と気密封着されると共に陽極および陰極
を気密保持する保持手段を備えた片側封止閃光放
電管であつて、前記陽極および陰極間の放電を屈
曲させる前記分割手段の放電屈曲部を曲面形状に
成形してなる片側封止閃光放電管。 (2) 放電屈曲部を有する分割手段は、先端に行
くに従いその厚みが増加せしめられている実用新
案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の片側封止閃光
放電管。
