    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電性基板上に、電気的信号を機械的振動に変
    換する入力トランスジユーサと、機械的振動を電
    気的信号に変換する出力トランスジユーサと、弾
    性表面波を吸収する弾性表面波吸収部とを備えた
    弾性表面波装置において、上記弾性表面波吸収部
    を、入、出力トランスジユーサの対向する面とは
    反対面の背面側の基板端部と、弾性表面波の進行
    方向に沿つた両側の基板端部とに設けたことを特
    徴とする弾性表面波装置。
