Claims (1)
- ハウジングに流量制御スプールを内装するとと
もに、この流量制御スプールとは別の弁体を内装
し、固定絞り前後の差圧に応じて弁体を移動し、
その流量を制御する流量制御装置において、上記
ハウジングに弁本体を内装し、この弁本体に、内
部に固定絞りを形成した弁体を内装するとともに
、弁本体にメータリングオリフイスを形成し、一
次側ポートと二次側ポートとを、固定絞り及びメ
ータリングオリフイスを介して連通させる一方、
固定絞り前後の差圧に応じて弁体が移動したとき
、上記メータリングオリフイスの開口を絞る構成
にし、しかも、弁本体と弁体とが相まつてダンパ
室を形成してなる流量制御装置。
