Claims (1)
- 弁口を開閉するための弁体をバネにより支持す
る流量制御弁において、弁室をダイアフラムによ
り弁口と連通する室と連通しない室とに分け、こ
の連通しない室に弁体を弁口に押圧するバネを備
えたことを特徴とする流量制御弁。
