Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a light weight part, to reduce the manufacturing cost and to improve the productivity, by inserting an electronic trim part between a first layer and a second layer to be impregnated with a synthetic resin and carrying out heat press molding thereof monolithically. CONSTITUTION:A roof lining 1 is formed by laminating a base material 2 and a surface material 3, both being made of a fibrous felt material impregnated with a thermosetting phenolic resin, between a top force 11 and a bottom force 12 and by carrying out heat press molding. In this case, a harness 7 on both ends of which connecters 6 an 8 are set is inserted between the base material 2 and the surface material 3 in such a way that the connecter 6 may be buried at the setting position of a room light 5 and is molded. The shape is adjusted by cutting around the circumferential part of the roof lining 1 at the bottom for trimming. The cutter blade can cut the base material 2 only as a relief is set at the harness part. The harness 7 adhered on the surface material 3 is thereafter separated off and taken up to cut off the unnecessary part of the surface material 3.

Therefore, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-1539, a method has been proposed in which a notch is formed in a part of the interior material of the vehicle and the wire harness is held by hooking it. It is necessary to perform the work of forming and then hooking the wire harness, and although the wire harness can be easily held, the above-mentioned problems cannot necessarily be solved because the wire harness is exposed on the surface. Furthermore, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 59-14741 proposes an instrument panel in which the wire harness is formed into a thin plate shape and sandwiched between the pad and the panel. Protection is ensured, but the process of making the wire harness into a thin plate and assembling the pad and panel requires assembling the wire harness at certain points, which is a complicated process, and the above-mentioned problems still arise. points cannot always be resolved.

Then, the shape is adjusted by cutting the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the roof lining 1 with the lower trimming base. At this time, in order to prevent the harness 7 from being cut along with the edge of the roof lining 1, the cutter blade (not shown) is provided with a relief in the harness portion, so that only the base material 2 is cut. Make it. After cutting the base material 2, the harness 7 stuck to the surface material 3 is peeled off and lifted, and unnecessary portions of the surface material 3 are cut. In addition, in order to connect the connector 6 and the room lamp 5, a hole 1a is created by cutting approximately the center of the roof lining 1 where the connector 6 is buried. By making the cut, the connector 6 and the room lamp 5 can be easily connected.
