Description

【0001】

The molded roof 1 is formed by laminating press patterns 2, 3 and an interior cloth 4. A flat wire harness 5 in which a predetermined circuit is formed between the press patterns 2, 3 from a plurality of flat conductors and sandwiched between insulating sheets. Is sandwiched and molded so that it can be mounted on the roof of an automobile.
[0009]
In the molded roof 1, electrical component mounting spaces 6 to 10 for mounting electric components such as a room lamp, a front seat personal lamp, a rear seat personal lamp, a front seat map lamp, and a rear seat map lamp and for roof windows are formed in a hole shape. Or it is provided in the concave shape, and the terminal parts 11-15 for electrical components branched from the flat wire harness 5 are protrudingly provided in these electrical component attachment spaces 6-10. In addition, a corner portion of the molded roof 1 is similarly connected to the flat wire harness 5 and is provided with a lead-in terminal portion 16 for connecting to the main harness via the pillar of the vehicle body. Spare lead-in terminals 17 to 21 protrude from the corners and appropriate side edges. And the peripheral edge side of the shaping | molding roof 1 is curved by the room inner side as needed.
[0010]
As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 2 and the cross-sectional view of FIG. 3, a plurality of flat conductors 31 are covered with insulating sheets 32 and 33 from both sides in the electrical equipment terminal portions 11 to 15 and the lead-in terminal portion 16. The flat wire harness 5 is sandwiched between the projecting pieces 2a and 3a extending from the press molds 2 and 3 via the upper and lower masking tapes 34 and 35, and further the flat wire harness 5 and the lower masking tape. A terminal reinforcing plate 36 is sandwiched between 35 as needed. Perforations 2b, 3b, 4b are formed on the projecting piece portions 2a, 3a of the press pattern paper 2, 3 and the projecting piece portion 4a of the interior cloth 4 so that they can be easily separated from the molding roof 1. . In addition, perforations 2c, 3c, and 4c are formed in the spare lead-in terminals 17 to 21 as necessary.
[0011]
Such a molded roof 1 is manufactured by the following process.
(1) The press pattern papers 2 and 3 and the interior cloth 4 are sequentially laminated, and the flat wire harness 5 is sandwiched between the press pattern papers 2 and 3 to form an integral interior member.
[0012]
(2) The electrical component mounting spaces 6 to 10 are pressed into a hole shape or a concave shape so that the electrical component terminal portions 11 to 15 remain as projecting pieces, and the drawing terminal portions 16 to 21 remain. Is pressed. At the same time, the periphery of the molded roof 1 is bent as necessary.
[0013]
(3) Perforations 2b, 3b, and 4b are respectively formed on the projecting piece portions 2a and 3a of the electrical equipment terminal portions 11 to 15 and the retracting terminal portions 16 to 21 at the same time as the step (2) or in the next step. .
[0014]
The interior member manufactured in this manner is subjected to attachment of electrical components and terminal processing of the flat wire harness 5 before or after attachment to the roof portion of the automobile. That is, in the terminal processing, the projecting pieces 2a, 3a and 4a of the electrical equipment terminal portions 11 to 15 and the retracting terminal portion 16 are respectively separated from the molded roof 1 at the perforations 2b, 3b and 4b as shown in FIG. The masking tapes 34 and 35 are cut off, and the insulating sheets 32 and 33 are peeled off to expose the flat conductor 31. Then, after each electrical component is mounted in the electrical component mounting spaces 6 to 10, the connector C of each electrical component and the flat conductor 31 including the terminal reinforcing member 36 and welded with a metal terminal (not shown) are combined as necessary. To do. At this time, if the connector C is fitted to, for example, the dotted line position L of the molded roof 1, the coupling force can be stabilized.
[0015]
In order to improve the coupling force between the flat conductor 31 and the connector C, a latch portion 36a is formed on both side edges of the terminal reinforcing plate 36 as shown in FIG. 5, and the connector C side is engaged with the latch portion 36a. A tooth portion (not shown) may be provided. Moreover, the hole 36b may be formed in the terminal reinforcement board 36, the hole part Ca matched with the hole 36b may be formed in the connector C, and a pin etc. may be inserted in the hole part Ca and the hole 36b.
[0016]
As described above, in this embodiment, since the electrical component mounting spaces 6 to 10 are provided in the molded roof 1, the electrical components can be easily attached. Moreover, since the terminal parts 11-15 for electrical components were provided so that it might protrude in the electrical component attachment space 6-10, and the terminal part 16 for drawing in was provided so that it might protrude from a periphery, a terminal process can be performed easily. Further, since the terminal portion of the flat wire harness 5 is sandwiched between the projecting piece portions 2a and 3a, the terminal portion can be protected, and the perforations 2b, 3a and 4a are formed with the perforations 2b, 3b and 4b, respectively. The terminal of the flat wire harness 5 can be easily exposed during the terminal processing, and the terminal processing can be easily performed.
[0017]
Similarly, since the flat wire harness 5 is sandwiched between the press patterns 2 and 3, vibration of the flat wire harness 5 can be prevented and the number of steps in the assembly line can be reduced. In addition, since the spare pull-in terminals 17 to 21 are provided on the periphery of the press stencils 2 and 3, it is easy to handle when the flat wire harness 5 is pulled in from the left and right front pillars, center pillars, and rear peers on the vehicle body side. can do. Furthermore, these lead-in terminal portions 17 to 21 can be used as a guide for positioning when the molded roof 1 is attached to the vehicle body frame.
[0018]
Thus, the interior component of the present embodiment forms the electrical component mounting spaces 6 to 10, the electrical component terminal portions 11 to 15 and the lead-in terminal portions 16 to 21 simultaneously on the molded roof 1 by press working. Accordingly, since the periphery of the molded roof 1 is bent, the assembly efficiency of the vehicle can be improved.
[0019]
In addition, although the Example mentioned above demonstrated what was mounted | worn with the roof part of a motor vehicle, it is applicable also to what is mounted | worn with door parts other than a roof part, a rear part, a partition part, etc. Further, although the molded roof 1 is provided with the interior cloth 4, it may be formed only of the press molds 2 and 3. And although the terminal reinforcement board 36 was provided in the terminal parts 11-15 for electrical components, and the terminal part 16 for drawing-in, even if it does not provide, it is also possible to support the terminal of the flat wire harness 5 by the protruding piece parts 2a and 3a. .
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the vehicle wiring device according to the present invention forms an electrical component mounting space for mounting electrical components on the interior member sandwiched by the flat wire harness by the two interior components, and the flat wire. Since the terminal part for the electrical component of the harness protrudes in the electrical component mounting space, the electrical component can be easily mounted in the electrical component mounting space, and the terminal part of the flat wire harness and the electrical component can be easily connected it can.
