Claims (1)

[Scope of claim for utility model registration] (1) A capacitor element is housed in a cylindrical outer case with a bottom, and the opening is sealed by laminating an elastic layer such as rubber on the outer surface of a hard electrical insulating board. A plate is placed, and an external terminal and an internal terminal drawn out from the capacitor element are inserted and caulked into both ends of a plastically deformable rivet penetrating through the sealing plate, thereby connecting both terminals.
