素子１と、上記陽極引出線に接続された陽極端子
と、上記コンデンサ素子の陰極層に近接して設置

子２に両端部がそれぞれ電気的に接続されたヒユ
ーズ片３とを具備したコンデンサにおいて、上記
コンデンサ素子本体の陰極層上の陰極端子が近接
している面にのみ絶縁樹脂層が設けられたことを
