Claims (1)
サ素子から導出した陽極リードにL形の屈曲部を
有する陽極外部リードを溶接すると共に、コンデ
ンサ素子の周面に形成された陰極引出し層に陰極
外部リードを半田付けし、かつコンデンサ素子の
全周面を樹脂材にて外装したものにおいて、前記
陰極外部リードのコンデンサ素子接続側の先端部
分に絶縁樹脂層を設け、さらに前記絶縁樹脂層上
に導電体層を設け、この導電体層と陰極外部リー
ドの接触部を陰極外部リードの全周面の一部分だ
けに設けたことを特徴とするヒユーズ付き固体電
