  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体素子２が配列されたプリント基板１と、
    該プリント基板１の一方の端部に配設された送風
    器５とを備え、該半導体素子２のそれぞれが該送
    風器５によるエアによつて冷却される冷却装置に
    おいて、 前記エアを案内するダクト３と、前記半導体素
    子２の所定の半導体素子の外周に該エアを噴射す
    るように該ダクト３に設けられたノズル４とが配
    設されて成ることを特徴とする冷却装置。
