Claims (1)
- 内部に空冷レーザと電子機器を内蔵し、この空
冷レーザと電子機器より放出されるエアを、それ
ぞれ吸引排気する高温エア用排気フアンと低温エ
ア用排気フアンとを備えた空冷レーザ内蔵装置で
あつて、上記各排気フアンの排気部には、各排気
フアンに連通する混合排気室を配備して成る空冷
レーザ内蔵装置。
