Claims (1)
- プランジヤに変位力を及ぼす電磁手段を含み、
当該電磁手段に与えられる励磁電流の大きさに応
じて前記プランジヤを比例的に変位させる電磁比
例ソレノイドにおいて、前記電磁手段が同径の円
筒部を有する２つの磁芯を含み、当該２つの磁芯
が、これら磁芯の円筒部に嵌挿された非磁性の円
筒部材によつて、互いの円筒部環状端面がエアギ
ヤツプを介して相対向する同心状に配設され、前
記非磁性の円筒部材の内部に前記プランジヤが摺
動自在に収納されたことを特徴とする電磁比例ソ
レノイド。
