【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 成形金型内にて成形された熱硬化性樹脂基
体上に型内被覆塗料を射出被覆するために該金型
内にノズル管並びに該ノズル管の先端開口を開閉
するためのシヤツトオフピンを埋設してなるイン
モールドコート装置において、該塗料を射出する
該ノズル管の外周をジヤケツトで取り囲み、該ジ
ヤケツトの内側に冷却水を通して該ノズルを冷却
するとともに該ジヤケツトを該金型から間隙を設
けて支持し、該間隙に冷却用エアーを流通させて
なることを特徴とするインモールドコート装置。 (2) 前記シヤツトオフピンを前記ノズル管の先
端開口に直交して配設し、該シヤツトオフピンを
中空ガイドブロツクの中空部に摺動自在に嵌合す
るとともに該ガイドブロツクの先端を前記金型の
キヤビテイと連通し、該ガイドブロツクの外周を
第2のジヤケツトで取り囲み、該第2のジヤケツ
トの内側に冷却水を通す一方該第2のジヤケツト
を該金型から間隙を設けて支持し、該間隙に冷却
用エアーを流通させてなることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のインモールドコ
ート装置。
