Claims (1)
- 蛍光物質の発光による表示を透光性陽極基板側
から観察する平面発光型の蛍光表示パネルにおい
て、透光性絶縁基板上の少なくとも配線パターン
及び表示電極に対応する位置に厚さ１００Å及至
５０００Åの窒化チタン薄膜と、この窒化チタン
薄膜上に金属膜から成る前記配線パターンと前記
表示電極とを備えることを特徴とする蛍光表示パ
ネル。
