Claims (1)
- フイラメントと基板ガラス上に蛍光体を塗布し
た陽極とを有する裏面発光タイプの光源用蛍光表
示パネルにおいて、前記蛍光体より放射される光
を集光させ高い輝度を得られる様なカバーガラス
と基板ガラスとによつて真空容器を形成した構造
を有することを特徴とする光源用蛍光表示パネル
。
