  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 非線形的に変化するアナログ量を複数の領域に
    分けて領域ごとに順次ステツプ表示するデジタル
    式表示装置において、 前記アナログ量を基準レベルと比較し該アナロ
    グ量が該基準レベルより大きいとき第１の信号を
    出力し小さいとき前記第１の信号とは異なる第２
    の信号を出力するコンパレータと、 該コンパレータが前記第１の信号を出力する間
    カウントアツプし前記第２の信号を出力したとき
    カウント動作を停止するカウンタと、 該カウンタのカウント値の増加にともなつて所
    定割合でステツプ的に増加する前記基準レベルを
    発生する基準レベル発生回路と、 前記コンパレータの出力が前記第１の信号から
    前記第２の信号に変化したときの前記カウンタの
    カウント値に基づいてステツプ表示する表示器と
    、 を有することを特徴とするデジタル式表示装置。
