Claims (1)
- 炭素炉を用いる試料加熱気化部において、気化
室の形状が短いチユーブ状であつて、この気化室
が電極壁面とその保持具の壁面およびチユーブ状
の透明外殻とから形成されていることを特徴とす
る高周波プラズマ発光分光分析用試料気化装置。
