Claims (1)
- 回転変位を検出する検出軸にコード板を直交し
て取り付け、１周が等分に２分割されて２つの識
別コードを有する円環状の単列のコードパターン
を検出軸を中心として上記コード板に設け、この
コードパターン上の半周側に該コードパターンを
読み取るための複数の読取手段を等角度間隔に順
次配列して設けたことを特徴とするアナログ・デ
イジタル変換器。
