Claims (1)
- １周が放射状に等角度間隔に分割されて複数の
分割パターンを有し回転変位量がコード化されて
いる円環状のコードパターンをコード板に１列設
け、回転変位を検出する検出軸をこのコード板の
上記コードパターンの中心部に、コード板と直交
して取り付け、上記コードパターンを読み取る読
取手段を、上記分割パターンの配列方向に順次複
数個設け、これら読取手段から上記検出軸の回転
変位量がデイジタル信号として出力されることを
特徴とするアナログ・デイジタル変換器。
