Conventionally, many efforts have been made to knit fiber yarns to produce knitted structures of special shapes. However, all of these were within the area of flat fabrics, and there were no three-dimensional knitted fabrics with fiber axes in three-dimensional directions.

The object of the present invention is to connect two warp knitted fabric sheets facing each other with a connecting yarn, and to connect two warp knitted fabric sheets diagonally to the connecting yarn and parallel to the sheet surface between the two opposing warp knitted fabric sheets. A three-dimensional knitted fabric in which inserted yarns in the warp direction and/or weft direction intersect so as to restrain at least a part of the connecting yarns, and the warp knitted fabric sheet has an arbitrary shape in the course direction. The warp stitch side is formed at intervals, and the warp stitch side is connected in the course direction by another inserted yarn, and the two opposing warp knitted fabric sheets and/or the two A skeleton-like three-dimensional knitted fabric is achieved in which the warp stitch sides arranged to face each other at arbitrary intervals in the wale direction between two warp knitted fabric sheets are connected by connecting yarns.

In the present invention, the warp stitches are required to be formed at arbitrary intervals in the course direction, and the minimum interval is 1
This is the width of the warp stitch in the row. Further, the maximum interval is not particularly limited as long as it can be determined according to the shape of the target structure, but if it is extremely wide, the three-dimensional shape cannot be maintained, so it is preferable to set it under the width plate of 50 rows of warp stitches. The warp stitch sides formed at arbitrary intervals and the opposing warp stitch sides are connected by a connecting yarn. At this time, the connecting yarn may be a yarn forming a warp stitch,
It may be a thread dedicated to connection that is separate from the thread forming the warp stitches. That is, the connecting yarn may form a warp stitch at the same time as connecting opposing warp stitch sides, or may simply be hooked onto the sinker loop of the warp stitch.

In the present invention, the insertion yarn is diagonal to the connecting yarn and inserted between two opposing warp knitted fabric sheets in parallel to the sheet surface. The inserted threads are inserted crosswise so as to restrain at least a portion of the connecting threads, so that the inserted threads and the connecting threads form a kind of woven structure.

Furthermore, in the present invention, all the warp stitches forming the warp stitch side may not be connected to the opposing warp stitches. That is, warp stitches may be connected to opposing warp stitches at arbitrary intervals in the wale direction.

The two facing warp knitted fabric seams 1-5.5' shown in the figure are warp stitch side 1. ~l-311'-1~1'-1 and another inserted yarn 4.4' connecting the warp stitch side in the course direction
It is formed from. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the warp stitches are formed with an interval of 4 wales and are connected by an insertion yarn 4.4' at an interval of 11 courses. Opposing warp stitches 1-t and 1'-+ are connecting yarns 2. , I to 24, and are connected sequentially at intervals of 10 courses. Further, insertion yarns 3 are inserted between two warp knitted fabric sheets parallel to the sheet surface while intersecting so as to restrain the connecting yarns 2-t to 2-3.

Using an 18-gauge double Raschel machine equipped with seven reeds L, ~L, the fiber yarns shown in Table 1 were fed from each reed, and the fiber yarns were fed into a skeleton shape according to the knitting Mi weaving pattern shown in Figure 2. A three-dimensional knitted fabric was knitted. At this time, the interval between the two rows of needle beds was set to 11 mm.

The obtained skeleton-like three-dimensional knitted fabric had an appearance similar to that shown in FIG. 1 and had a thickness of 10 nm. The knitted fabric was used as a base material and impregnated with mortar produced at a weight ratio of water and cement of 3:1O to produce a fiber-reinforced cement board with a thickness of 12 mm. Although the fiber content of the cement board was 1.5%, the bending stress was more than twice that of a cement board that did not contain fibers.

Table 1 0...IN [Effect of the invention] The skeleton-like three-dimensional knitted fabric of the present invention is a structure with fiber axes in the warp, weft, and vertical directions, and the fiber threads are intertwined with each other and integrated. Therefore, it is ideal as a base material for composite materials with a relatively low fiber content.
