タの各行入力に“Ｈ”レベルを出力する出力手段
とを備え、今回の列駆動一巡期間のキー・スイツ
チのオンオフ状態と前回の列駆動一巡期間のキー
・スイツチのオンオフ状態が一致した場合に正常
なキー・スイツチ入力と判断することを特徴とす
