Claims (1)
- 低温バタフライ弁において、弁本体とサポート
フランジを封止連絡するトルクチユーブに内蔵さ
れかつ空所を残してベアリングブツシユで支承さ
れた主弁軸と、サポートフランジの軸孔の上部を
拡げ、その上側に大径部、下側に小径部を形成し
たグランドパツキン凹部と、パツキン押えの外壁
及び内壁に環状切欠部を設け前記凹部に嵌入する
パツキン押えと、該パツキン押えを凹部に嵌入す
ることによつて凹部とパツキン押えの間及びパツ
キン押えと主弁軸との間にできる溝に圧入し高圧
ほど自緊性を増してシール面に圧着する下向きＶ
型又はＵ型バネ入り非金属パツキンと、前記大径
部の上壁に刻設した環状溝に嵌入して該パツキン
押えの頭部を抜け止め係止するスナツプリングと
、パツキン押えを支承するはめ輪と、該はめ輪の
下方においてベアリングブツシユの前記空所に巻
付けた耐熱性リボンを備え、火災時に内部流体の
逸失を防止する低温バタフライ弁のサポートフラ
ンジ防火安全装置。
