じ上記Ａ／Ｔの出力の必要な低下量を決定する出
力制御低下量決定手段と、上記出力低下量決定手
段により決定された低下量が設定量以下のときは
その低下量に応じた上記エンジンの出力制御を行
い、同出力制御低下量決定手段により決定された
低下量が上記設定量を超えたときには上記Ａ／Ｔ
のシフトアツプ制御を行う出力制御手段と、シフ
トアツプ後設定時間内は上記低下量を所定割合い
だけ低減させる減少手段とを具備したことを特徴
