  1. 水晶振動子と直列に温度補償回路を接続して成
    る温度補償水晶発振回路において、該温度補償回
    路は低温側を補償する負の特性を持つ温度補償用
    コンデンサと、高温側を補償する感温素子とコン
    デンサからなることを特徴とする温度補償水晶発
    振回路。
