Claims (1)
- テスタ本体ＩＣソケツトに差込まれた被測定用
ＩＣの周囲を覆い、アームに支持されたノズルよ
り設定温度のガスを該ＩＣに吹付けてこれを保温
するサーモストリームにおいて、テスタ本体に吸
着する吸盤を備え、ＩＣソケツトに差込まれた前
記ＩＣを含めてその周囲に載置された複数個の被
測定用ＩＣを取り囲むリングと、透明或いは半透
明な柔軟性素材をもつて両端に開口を備えた袋状
に構成され、前記サーモストリームの周囲を覆う
シートカバーとを有し、該シートカバーの一端口
縁を前記リングに縫合するとともに、他端口縁を
前記アームに縫合したことを特徴とするサーモス
トリーム用保温フード。
