Claims (1)
- 高温から低温までの温風を発生し、吹出し口か
ら試料に導き、該試料の温度特性評価を行う温度
評価試験器において、前記試料を載置する試料基
板と、前記吹出し口を有し前記試料基板を覆つて
密封するカバーと、該カバーの一部に取付けられ
て可撓性を有し且つ先端部が前記試料に密着する
ように移動して前記試料の温度を測定するセンサ
ーと、該温度センサーの周囲に遊嵌して伸縮自在
なばねとを備えることを特徴とする温度評価試験
器の構造。
