Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent oscillation having long and short cycle periods, providing creeping means which gradually follow the eddy and flow of the tide, sensors for sensing stresses to the creeping means and/or a variation in the level of the tide and a computer for performing computation of signals from the sensor so as to control the creeping means between a floating body and a plurality of spads. CONSTITUTION:Sensors 7, 14 for detecting stresses to creeping means 5, 6 and/or a variation in the level of the tide due to the eddy and flow of the tide, deliver signals to a computer 15 for controlling the creeping means 5, 6. It is possible to allow a floating body 2 to gradually follow up and necessary through the intermediary of spads 3 and therefore to move without shocks being exerted to people or facilities on the floating body. Further, a plurality of spads 3 directly or indirectly wedged into the seabottom 4 normally restrains the motion of the floating body which has been moored to a quay 1 by means of a mooring member 13.

Therefore, the spud-type floating body motion prevention device of the present invention is capable of preventing the motion of a floating body on the sea surface due to waves, wind, etc. through a plurality of spuds directly or indirectly driven into the seabed. In the device, a gradual movement means disposed between the floating body and the spud to gradually follow the ebb and flow of the tide, a sensor that detects stress on the gradual movement means and/or changes in the tide level, and sends a signal, and the sensor. The present invention is characterized in that it includes a computing unit that computes signals from and controls the gradual movement means.

According to the above-mentioned structure, according to the ebb and flow of the tide, the sensor detects the stress on the gradual movement means and/or the change in the tidal level,
A signal is sent to the computing unit that controls the gradual movement means, and if necessary, the floating body can be moved gradually through the spuds so as not to shock people or equipment on the floating body.

1 and 2 of the first embodiment, a floating body 2 moored to a quay 1 by a mooring member 13 is connected directly or indirectly to the seabed 4 (a fixed object driven into the seabed 4 in advance). A plurality of spuds 3 driven into the floating body 2 normally restrain the movement of the floating body 2. As this restraining means, there is a stopper 6 that can be held, a second stopper 6, etc.
In this embodiment, the rack-binion system 8 shown in FIG.
.. Graduation means are conceivable, such as those according to 9 and, in the third embodiment, using a piston cylinder 10.11 shown in FIG. Further, to detect changes in the tide level, there are sensors such as a tide gauge 7 and/or a sensor 14 that measures the stress applied to the spud by a detector 14 installed in the stopper 6, pinion 8, or cylinder 10.

Then, a simple conbeater (calculator 15) or the like determines whether the sum of the measured values regularly exceeds a certain value and whether the change is common to each measurement point and is not local, and then the floating body 2 is It sends a signal to make a movement to be followed. In response to this signal, in Fig. 2, the stopper 6 releases the spud 3 that it was gripping, and at the same time resists it with the resistor 5 so that the floating body 2 does not move up and down suddenly due to the increase or decrease in the buoyancy of the floating body 2 due to the tide. While holding it, move it gradually. In the case of Fig. 3, there is a means for unlocking the pinion 8 which has been stopped and allowing the pinion 8 to have an appropriate resistance to gradually move the floating body at an appropriate speed, and in the case of Fig. 4, the valve 12 is This is a means for controlling the opening degree of the pulp 12 so that the fluid inside the opening cylinder 10 moves slowly between the upper and lower chambers and the floating body 2 moves gradually accordingly.

This protects the floating body 2 from shaking from external forces such as wind and waves that apply non-uniform force to each spud 3 in short cycles, and whenever the steady force due to the tide exceeds a certain value. It is possible to gradually move the floating body 2 and make it follow the movement.
- [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the spud-type floating body motion prevention device of the present invention suppresses the motion of a floating body due to wind and waves, and periodically prevents the floating body from moving during slow and stable movements such as tidal level fluctuations. The effect is that it can be made to follow at a speed that does not cause a 7-yoke to people or equipment.
