In recent years, architectural members have appeared that utilize the excellent characteristics of synthetic resin foams, such as their heat insulating properties, adhesive properties, processability, and light weight. However, despite the above-mentioned characteristics, it had a fatal drawback of being easily flammable. Particularly, recently, regulations such as the Building Act have become stricter with respect to members having elements similar to new building materials. Therefore, the uses of easily flammable synthetic resin foams are extremely limited, and there is an urgent need for improvement.

An embodiment of the construction board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a construction board 1 according to the present invention,
A polyurethane foam 2 (hereinafter simply referred to as foam) is sandwiched between a noncombustible sheet 3 and a sheet material 5, and a nonflammable impermeable layer 7 is integrally fixed onto the noncombustible sheet 3 via an adhesive 6. be. To explain further, the foam 2 functions as a core material, a heat insulating material, an adhesive, and a waterproof and moisture-proof layer. That is, the foam 2 is discharged as a raw material between the nonflammable sheet 3 and the sheet material 5, and when they react and foam, they are integrated using self-adhesive properties, and the foam structure becomes closed cells, making it waterproof. It has excellent durability, moisture resistance, and strength. The noncombustible sheet 3 is made by impregnating or coating one of glass fiber cloth, rock wool paper, asbestos paper, etc. with molten sodium borate 4.
This noncombustible sheet 3 covers one entire surface of the foam 2 and is interposed between the foam 2 and the impermeable layer 7, and is mainly made of sodium borate 4.
It functions as a skeleton material and a holding material, and distributes the sodium borate 4 uniformly between the foam 2 and the impermeable layer 7, and is formed by foaming the sodium borate 4 when the architectural board 1 is exposed to high heat. It is also useful as a core material for forming an inorganic foam layer of uniform thickness. Furthermore, the noncombustible sheet 3 becomes the skeleton of the inorganic foam layer formed by sodium borate 4 under high heat, and prevents cracks and destruction of the inorganic foam layer, thereby preventing the formation of weak points for fire protection. It is also useful for doing. In addition, sodium borate 4 is (2, 4, 5, 6, 8) sodium borate,
and a mixture of one or more types of sodium metaborate, etc., or when expressed by the general formula xNa 2 O・yB 2 O 3・zH 2 O, 0.25≦x/y≦1.50, 0.8 (x+y)≦z
It consists of a composition within the range of ≦5(x+y), other boron compounds, etc. In addition, the sodium borate 4 has a melting point of about 75°C, and it is easy to melt the sodium borate 4 and impregnate or coat it on the nonflammable sheet 3, and there is sufficient crystal water that does not peel off. Releases a large amount of nonflammable gas when exposed to heat, improving fire resistance, fire resistance, and heat resistance. ○ As crystal water gradually decreases and reaches a certain viscosity, an inorganic foam layer is formed. This inorganic foam layer is nonflammable, bulky, and highly heat insulating, and has a uniform thickness using the nonflammable sheet 3 as a core material. The sheet-like material 5 is attached to the back surface of the foam 2, and is mainly used to strengthen the mechanical strength of the construction board 1 by sandwiching the foam 2 with a noncombustible sheet 3. is made of one type of commercially available materials such as metal plates, paper materials, synthetic resin materials, etc. moreover,
The adhesive 6 is a commercially available product and is used to integrate the nonflammable sheet 3 and the air-impermeable layer 7. The impermeable layer 7 mainly protects the exterior material itself and the noncombustible sheet 3 from outside air, rainwater, and the like. Its main materials include, for example, metal plates, kraft paper laminated with aluminum foil, and kraft paper laminated with aluminum foil and polyethylene sheets.

Next, to briefly explain an example, sheet-like material 5
Place the asbestos paper used as the mold in the mold, and discharge the raw material of Form 2 onto it in a foamable state.
A non-combustible sheet 3 made of glass fiber impregnated with sodium metaborate as sodium borate 4 is laminated thereon, and the foam 2 is sandwiched between asbestos paper and the above-mentioned non-combustible sheet 3, and the self-adhesive properties of the foam 2 are Both sides were glued together. Next, an air-impermeable layer (metal plate with a thickness of 0.27 mm) 7 was laminated on the noncombustible sheet 3 via an adhesive 6, and was fixed integrally. In this way, a construction board 1 having a total thickness of 10 mm was manufactured. The foam density at this time was 30Kg/m 3 and the thickness of the nonflammable sheet 3 was 0.18.
mm and weighs 39 g/m 2 , and is impregnated with sodium borate 4 by melting to give a total weight of 200 g/m 2 . Therefore, this architectural board 1
from the impermeable layer 7 side (JIS-A-1321
A surface test based on As a result, the smoke generation coefficient CA was 51.0, and the temperature time area (T・d・θ) was
38. Afterflame was 20 seconds, and there were no cracks. Therefore, it can be passed as a quasi-noncombustible material. On the other hand, as a comparative example, a construction board was manufactured with the same structure except that a glass fiber nonwoven fabric was interposed between the foam 2 and the impermeable layer 7 in the same way as the noncombustible sheet 3. A surface test was also carried out in the same manner as above. The results were that the smoke coefficient CA was 93, the temperature time area was 273, the afterflame was zero, and there were no cracks. Therefore,
This comparative example has a smoke coefficient of 60 and 93, temperature time area
The score is 273 compared to 100, which is significantly higher than that of 100, so it is not passed. Furthermore, when we observed the construction board 1 after the quasi-nonflammability test, we found that in the example, an inorganic foam layer with the noncombustible sheet 3 as a core material was formed uniformly over the entire surface of the foam 2 between the impermeable layer 7 and the foam 2. The easily flammable foam was protected with high heat insulation and nonflammability. Moreover, the adhesive 6 between the impermeable layer 7 and the inorganic foam layer has disappeared, and there is no adhesion between the impermeable layer 7 and the inorganic foam layer, and the inorganic foam layer is not deformed by the heat of the impermeable layer 7. . On the other hand, in the comparative example, the foam 2 was burned out due to heat conduction from the impermeable layer 7.

The above explanation is only an example of the present invention, and one or more of perlite powder, talc, bentonite, zeolite, aluminum hydroxide powder, calcium powder, gypsum powder, phosphate powder, etc. may be added to sodium borate 4. You can also do that.
