Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve ignitability of a burner by exposing to outside a part of a heater sunk into vaporization cylinder and bringing the exposed part into contact with a burnerhead. CONSTITUTION:Fuel that is sent form a supply fuel oil device 6 is jetted out into a vaporization cylinder 1 from a nozzle 3 through an oil pipe 5, and the air for combustion that is sent from a blower 8 is jetted out into a vaporization cylinder 1 from a throat through an air hose 7. Because a part of a sheath heater 2 which is sunk in the vaporization cylinder 1 is exposed to outside and is in contact with the burnerhead, the sheath heater 2 heats the vaporization cylinder 1 as well as the burnerhead to a high temperature as soon as the sheath heater is energized by conduction at the time of ignition. Consequently the fuel that is jetted out from the nozzle 3 and the throat 4 and the air for combustion are carbureted and mixed and go through the burnerhead 9 and are jetted out from side flame holes. With the arrangement ignition is made smoothly and it is possible to prevent offensive odor and white smoke generation due to the generation of unburned gas.

The fuel sent from the fuel supply device 16 is ejected from the nozzle 13 into the vaporizer cylinder 11 via the oil pipe 15, and is also sent to the blower 18.
Combustion air sent from the air supply hose 17 is blown out from the throat 14 into the vaporizer cylinder 11 . On the other hand, the vaporizer cylinder 11
is preheated to a high temperature by a sheathed heater 12 buried inside, and the ejected fuel flows into the vaporization tube 11.
The combustion air is vaporized within the burner head 19, mixes with the combustion air ejected from the throat 14, and passes through the central opening of the burner head 19.
It is ejected from the flame port 20 on the side. The ejected mixed gas is ignited by an ignition means such as a high-voltage spark discharge provided near the flame port 20 of the burner head 19 to form a flame and perform combustion.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-mentioned conventional configuration, at the time of ignition, the vaporization tube is heated to the temperature required for vaporization of the fuel, but the burner head 19 placed on the top of the vaporization tube is heated by the sheathed heater 12. Since it is completely buried inside the vaporizer cylinder 11, the temperature hardly rises. Therefore, the mixed gas vaporized in the vaporizer tube 11 passes through the central opening of the burner head 19 and passes through the flame port 2 on the side.
In the process of being ejected from zero, it is cooled and solidified on the surface of the burner head 19. Therefore, the mixed gas actually ejected from the flame port 20 has a low # ratio and is not ignited instantaneously, and unburnt gas is generated. That is, it has the disadvantage of poor ignition performance such as generation of odor and white smoke upon ignition.

Function: According to the present invention, when the heater is energized at the time of ignition with the above-described configuration, the temperature of the burner head is increased simultaneously with that of the vaporizer cylinder, thereby preventing dew condensation of the mixed gas on the surface of the burner head. That is, it prevents the concentration and temperature of the mixed gas expelled from the flame port from decreasing, and suppresses the generation of unburned gas due to ignition delay. Therefore, the generation of odor and white smoke during ignition due to the generation of unburned gas is reduced, and the ignition performance is greatly improved.

Here, a part of the sheathed heater 2 buried in the vaporization cylinder 1 is exposed to the outside and brought into contact with the burner head, so that at the time of ignition, the sheathed heater 2 is energized and simultaneously the vaporization cylinder 1 and the burner head are exposed. Also heat to high temperature. Therefore, the fuel and combustion air ejected from the nozzle 3 and the throat 4 are vaporized and mixed in the vaporization cylinder, passed through the preheated burner head 9, and ejected from the side flame port 10. As described above, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the mixed gas concentration due to dew condensation of the mixed gas on the burner head surface, and it is possible to suppress the generation of unburned gas due to ignition delay.
