BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION A case will be explained in which a conventional filter device is installed in a dishwasher. As shown in FIG. 5, the conventional dishwasher has a washing tank 2 disposed inside an outer tank 1, and below the washing tank 2.
A cleaning liquid circulation pump 3 is provided. The cleaning tank 2 has a cleaning nozzle 6 that spouts the cleaning liquid 4 while being rotated by the water pressure of the cleaning liquid circulation pump 3, and a tableware basket 6 is disposed therein.
The tableware 7 is placed in the tableware basket 6, and the tableware 7 is washed with the cleaning liquid 4 jetted from the washing nozzle 6. Cleaning liquid 4
Add detergent in advance. Furthermore, a heater 8 is provided at the bottom of the cleaning tank 2, and cleaning is performed while heating the cleaning liquid 4. At this time, the cleaning liquid 4 is circulated by the cleaning liquid circulation pump 3 for cleaning, but in order to prevent the leftovers washed from the tableware 7 from adhering to the tableware 7 again, a filter 9 is installed at the bottom of the cleaning tank 2. Arranged,
The cleaning liquid 4 is allowed to pass through this, and is filtered and purified by a filter 9. Cleaning is carried out while circulating the filtered cleaning liquid 4 using the cleaning circulation pump 3. After washing for a certain period of time,
The cleaning liquid 4 is discharged to the outside of the machine using the drain pump 10, and then fresh water is supplied again and rinsing is performed several times in the same manner as cleaning. Furthermore, the tableware 7 is heated and dried by the heater 8, and the process is completed.

FIG. 6 shows details around the conventional filter device. A filter 9 made of a stainless steel plate having an extra number of small holes on the outer periphery of a recess 11 provided at the bottom of the cleaning tank 2 made of a stainless steel plate.
The outer peripheral edges 9a of the two are arranged in contact with each other, and this configuration speeds up the filtration of the cleaning liquid.

In this case, the outer peripheral edge of the filter is bent in consideration of safety. However, this bending causes scratches on the stainless steel surface, and the stress caused by bending reduces the inherent corrosion resistance of the stainless steel, making it susceptible to rust. Furthermore, if a gap structure is formed between the cleaning tank 2 and the outer peripheral edge 9a of the filter as shown in FIG. When the passive film that maintains corrosivity is destroyed, the passive film cannot be regenerated and rust occurs. Generally, this phenomenon is called "crevice corrosion" and is known as a phenomenon unique to stainless steel.

Since a narrow gap is formed in the area where the recess 11 provided at the bottom of the filter contacts the outer peripheral edge 9a of the filter, the above-mentioned crevice corrosion may occur. This is a similar problem in filters for sinks and the like, since a gap occurs between the filter mounting surface and the filter.

Means for Solving the Problem In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a resin frame on the outer peripheral edge of the filter body, and arranges the filter body on the filter mounting surface via the frame. In this way, the filter main body and the filter mounting surface are brought into a non-contact state.

Function As described above, a frame is provided on the outer periphery of the filter body,
By disposing the filter body on the filter mounting surface via this frame and making the filter body and the filter mounting surface non-contact, corrosion is less likely to occur because gaps are not formed between stainless steels. However, a gap will be formed between the filter frame and the filter mounting surface. It is clear that stainless steel and resin are less likely to corrode than stainless steel.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described using FIGS. 1 to 4. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 12 denotes the filter body, which is made of a stainless steel plate and is a punching plate with a large number of small holes of about 1 mm in diameter to allow the cleaning liquid to pass through but not to leave the leftover food. A frame 13 made of synthetic resin is attached to the outer peripheral edge of this filter. Figure 2 shows the cleaning tank 14 made of stainless steel plates obtained in this way.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a cross-sectional structure of the device placed in a recess 14a.

As shown in FIG. 2, by attaching the frame 13 to the outer periphery of the filter body 12, there is no need to bend the outer periphery of the filter body, which was conventionally done for safety. For this reason, the filter body 12 is not scratched or subjected to any stress due to the application of varnishing, so that the filter body 12 itself is less likely to rust. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the filter body 12 is placed in the recess 1411 of the cleaning tank 14 via the frame 13, so that a gap structure is created between the filter body 12 and the cleaning tank 14, that is, between the stainless steel plates. do not have. Therefore, "crevice corrosion" which tends to occur in the conventional example shown in FIG. 6 can be made less likely to occur. However, in the configuration shown in FIG. 2, the frame body 13 and the cleaning tank 1
4, a gap will be formed. In this case, the possibility of "crevice corrosion" occurring is clearly lower than that of stainless steel, but this does not mean that the possibility of "crevice corrosion" occurring is completely eliminated. A method for preventing "crevice corrosion" between the frame body 13 and the cleaning tank 14 will be described below. One method is to make the frame 13 slidable with respect to the cleaning tank 14.

As a result, the state of the gap between the frame body 13 and the cleaning tank 14 constantly changes, thereby preventing "crevice corrosion" from occurring. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the outer dimension a of the frame 13 is made smaller than the inner dimension of the recess 14a of the cleaning tank 14. This allows the filter 12 to freely slide in the recess 14a of the cleaning tank 14. Another method is to provide the frame 13 with a convex portion 13a as shown in FIG. As a result, the frame body 13 is brought into contact with the cleaning tank A in a line or a point state by having a configuration as shown in FIG. With the configurations shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the frame 13 and the cleaning tank 14 are in contact with each other at discontinuous points, and the frame 13 can freely slide.
It is possible to create a state in which "crevice corrosion" is less likely to occur.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the filter mounting surface and the filter body do not come into direct contact with each other through the frame, and the occurrence of "crevice corrosion" which is a characteristic of stainless steel can be prevented.
