As shown in FIG. 4, the configuration of the conventional dishwasher has a cleaning tank 2 arranged inside an outer tank 1 and a cleaning liquid circulation pump 3 provided below the cleaning tank 2. In the cleaning tank 2, the cleaning liquid 4 is rotated while being rotated by the water pressure of the cleaning liquid circulation pump 3.
The tableware basket 6 is provided with a cleaning nozzle 5 for ejecting the tableware, the tableware 7 is placed on the tableware basket 6, and the tableware 7 is washed with the cleaning liquid 4 ejected from the cleaning nozzle 5. A detergent is previously added to the cleaning liquid 4. further,
A heater 8 is provided below the cleaning tank 2, and cleaning is performed while heating the cleaning liquid 4. At this time, the cleaning liquid 4
Cleans while circulating with the cleaning liquid circulation pump 3,
In order to prevent the residual dishes washed off from the tableware 7 from reattaching to the tableware 7, a filter 9 is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank 2 so that the cleaning liquid 4 can pass through the filter 9 and then filtered by the filter 9. Purify. Cleaning is performed while circulating the cleaning liquid 4 that has been filtered and purified by the cleaning circulation pump 3. After washing for a certain period of time, the drainage pump 10 discharges the washing liquid 4 out of the machine, and then fresh water is supplied again, and rinsing is performed several times in the same manner as washing. After that, with the heater 8, the tableware 7
Is dried by heating, and the process is completed.

However, due to this bending, the surface of stainless steel is scratched, or due to processing stress due to bending, the original corrosion resistance of stainless steel is reduced and rusting easily occurs. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, when the cleaning tank 2 and the filter outer peripheral edge portion 9a form a gap structure, oxygen cannot be sufficiently supplied, so that chlorine ions existing in the water are concentrated, so that the stainless steel is resistant to corrosion. If the passivation film that retains corrosiveness is destroyed, the passivation film cannot be regenerated and rust occurs. Generally, such a phenomenon is called "crevice corrosion" and is known as a phenomenon peculiar to stainless steel.

The aforementioned crevice corrosion may occur. This also has a similar problem in a filter such as a sink because a gap is generated between the filter mounting surface and the filter.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 12 is a filter body, which is made of a stainless steel plate, and is made of a punching plate having a number of small holes with a diameter of about 1 mm so that a cleaning liquid can pass through but not a residual food. A frame 13 made of synthetic resin is provided on the outer peripheral edge of this filter. FIG. 2 shows a filter 14 thus obtained, which has a recess 14 in a cleaning tank 14 made of a stainless steel plate.

る。As shown in FIG. 2, by mounting the frame body 13 on the outer peripheral edge of the filter main body 12, it is not necessary to bend the outer peripheral edge of the filter main body, which is conventionally performed for safety. Therefore, the filter body 12 is not scratched or processed stress is applied, and the filter body 12 itself is less likely to rust. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the filter body 12 has a recessed portion of the cleaning tank 14 through the frame body 13.
Since it is located at 14a, the filter body 12 and the cleaning tank 1
4, that is, do not create a gap structure between stainless steel plates. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of "crevice corrosion" that was likely to occur in the conventional example of FIG. Next, a method of preventing "gap corrosion" between the frame 13 and the cleaning tank 14 will be described. As one method, as shown in FIG.
Is to provide the convex portion 13a. As a result, the frame 13 is brought into contact with the cleaning tank 14 in a point state by a line or the structure shown in FIG. 2 and 3, the frame 13 and the cleaning tank 14 contact each other at discontinuous points, and the frame 13 freely slides to cause "crevice corrosion". It can be difficult.
