本発明は水中!!!2装置、特に水面上より撮影装置を

〈従来の技術の説明〉
近年海水等に潜り撮影を行う機会が増加しつつある。こ
こで撮影を行うにあたりダイパー自身が直接撮影装置を
海中へ持ち込んでいる。この時、特に深海や冷水等の悪
条件の下で撮影装置を持ち込むことにより、困難及び危
険が伴うことになる。そこで、海面上から遠隔操作に依
り撮影装置の8影方向を変換する技術がある。しかしな
がら例えばパン角、チルト角を変化させるために、潜水
装置にスクリュー装置等を組み込んだものがあるが、潜
水装置自体あるいはスクリュー自体が大型化する傾向に

本発明は上述従来の問題を解決すべく、装置自体を小型
化し、安定してパン角、チルト角を可変できる水中撮影

の電送ケーブルである。該電送ケーブル9は海面上の制
御装置(不図示)と接続される。11は撮影装置を吊り

lも回転しようとする力が働くが、流れガイド板1は海
水の抵抗を十分に受けほとんど不動となる。これに対し
て、アーム3は流れガイド板の抵抗に対してそれ程海水
の抵抗を受けずに安定した回動を行う。また回動を停止
させようとする時にも流れガイド板の作用に依り、安定

化した時、重りがたえず、重力方向へ向い安定してチル
