第１図は一連のノズルを設けた気体乾燥機の側
面断面図、第２図はノズルの上部の断面図で、本
考案において重要な幾何学的変数を示すものであ
り、第３図は本考案のノズルの実施例の斜視図で
ある。 １０…ノズル、１２…函体、１２ｃ…前面壁、
１２ｄ…屈曲案内面、１３…前面板、１６…ノズ
ルギヤツプ、２０…支持面、Ｙ…ウエブ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 気体で運ばれるウエブの少なくとも下方に配置
    された乾燥ガスをウエブに向けて吹きつけてウエ
    ブを乾燥するウエブの乾燥機において、ウエブの
    通路と僅かの間隔をおいて少し傾斜して配置され
    る支持面と、底と、前面壁と、背面壁とを有する
    函体が乾燥気体流路として形成され、前記前壁面
    に固定され前面壁の外側に空間を形成する前面板
    の上端が前面壁との間に上向きに開口するノズル
    ギヤツプを形成し、前記前面壁はノズルギヤツプ
    開口部より上方に延びる平面部と該平面部に連続
    し支持面に円滑に接続する湾曲案内面とを有し、
    前記前面壁に函体内部とノズルギヤツプとの間を
    連通する流通孔が形成され、ノズルギヤツプを流
    出した乾燥気体は湾曲案内面に沿つて流動し、４
    ５度〜７０度の角度範囲の位置で支持面に達する
    前に湾曲案内面を離れるようにノズルギヤツプの
    幅と湾曲案内目の半径が設定されていることを特
    徴とするウエブの乾燥機。
