(Prior art) Conventionally, this type of solid disinfectant dissolving device fills a container with a hole in the lower end of the side wall with a solid disinfectant, and installs the solid disinfectant in a flow path for treated water, allowing it to flow in through a slit. The solid disinfectant was brought into contact with wastewater to dissolve the chemical. (Special Publication No. 43-28587, Actual Publication No. 50-5242
(See Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-55198, etc.) (Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in such a dissolving device, solid disinfectant swells when it comes into contact with treated water in the container. , the so-called shelf-hanging phenomenon occurs and the continuous dissolution of the drug becomes impossible, and the solid disinfectant that comes into contact with the treated water dissolves from the side, leaving a core behind.
The contact area changes significantly, making it impossible to maintain a constant amount of dissolved drug, and suspended solids in the treated water adhere to the surface of the solid disinfectant, forming a film on the surface of the disinfectant and causing it to become contaminated with sewage. There was a problem in that the amount of dissolved drug was significantly reduced due to the obstruction of contact with the drug, making it impossible to achieve sufficient sterilization and sterilization.

(Means for solving the problem) In this proposal, a container having a through hole at least at the lower end of the side wall and filled with a solid disinfectant is placed upright in the wastewater flow path, and the solid disinfectant is added to the treated water. In the dissolution device, a bubbler is installed in the lower part of the container, and air is released under pressure through the bubbler, and the treated water is brought into contact with the solid disinfectant while stirring, thereby dissolving the solid disinfectant. The solution is such that the required amount is dissolved in the treated water.

(Function) In the present invention, a bubbler 3 is provided at the lower part of the container 1 which has through holes 2, 2... at the lower end of the side wall filled with solid disinfectant 4, 4..., and this is applied to the flow path 6 of the treated water. Supplying compressed air to the bubbler 3 to generate bubbles,
Since the treated water was stirred, the treated water and solid disinfectant 4,
Since the contact surface of 4... increases significantly and the treated water comes into contact with the solid disinfectants 4, 4..., the solid disinfectant smoothly descends within the container without exhibiting a suspended state, Since the solid disinfectant that comes into contact with the treated water dissolves quickly, we have not seen any problems where the dissolved amount decreases due to the wick remaining. Substances are removed by the action of air bubbles, and troubles caused by solid matter adhering to drugs can be completely avoided.

(Effects of the invention) According to the dissolving device of the present invention, since the treated water is brought into contact with the solid disinfectant while being stirred by air bubbles, the solid disinfectant can be dissolved extremely smoothly. By adjusting the bubbling state of the drug, the dissolved amount of the drug can be kept at a predetermined amount very easily, and it is extremely useful for facilities such as septic tanks, human waste treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and wastewater treatment plants.
