Description

【0001】

(4) An aerobic filter bed tank equipped with the air diffusing device 17 described in (3) above.
(5) A septic tank comprising the aerobic filter bed tank 11 according to (4) above.
[0009]
[Action]
In the air diffuser / support member and the air diffuser 17 according to the present invention, since the support member 19 directly supports the filter bed 12, the load of the filter bed 12 is not directly applied to the air diffuser member 18. Further, the air diffuser 18 is held horizontally by passing through the body portion of the support member 19 in the horizontal direction and supporting it by the support member 19.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an air diffuser / support member and an air diffuser according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0011]
The air diffuser 18 and the support member 19 disposed below the filter bed are connected so that the support member 19 directly supports the filter bed. The upper end of the support member 19 is positioned above the diffuser member 18 so that the support member 19 comes into contact with the bottom of the filter bed and directly supports the filter bed.
[0012]
The air diffuser 17 supports a blower (also called a blower) 10, an air introduction pipe 16 connected to the blower 10, an air diffusion member 18 connected to the air introduction pipe 16, and the air diffusion member 18. The support member 19 is constituted.
[0013]
The air diffuser 18 is a tubular member that is arranged in a loop shape in the horizontal direction and that allows air to pass therethrough. A plurality of air discharge holes 20 are provided at equal intervals in the air diffuser 18 arranged in a loop. The air diffuser 18 is formed in a loop shape with a T-shaped joint interposed between the air diffuser 18 and the air introduction pipe 16 is connected to the T-shaped joint. Six support members 19 are arranged upright at substantially equal intervals, and a cylindrical member is used. The cylindrical body portion of the support member 19 is provided with a hole penetrating in the horizontal direction slightly above the center portion in the vertical direction. The air diffusing member 18 is formed in a loop shape by penetrating through a hole provided in the support member 19, and is arranged horizontally.
[0014]
The air diffuser 17 will be further described in detail.
The blower 10 supplies air to the filter bed of the aerobic filter bed tank, and by supplying this air, the activity of aerobic microorganisms attached to the filter bed can be enhanced.
[0015]
The blower 10 and the air introduction pipe 16 are connected by inserting the end of the air introduction pipe 16 into the air discharge port provided in the blower 10 and fastening with a fixing member, or by inserting or adhering with a screw. Can do. The material of the air introduction pipe 16 may be made of resin or metal, but is preferably resinous from the viewpoint of workability for connection and corrosiveness.
[0016]
The air diffuser 18 is connected to the air introduction pipe 16 and supported by the support member 19. The diffuser member 18 and the air introduction pipe 16 can be connected using a screwed T-shaped joint made of male or female or a T-shaped joint by bonding. The material of the air diffusing member 18 may be made of resin or metal, but is preferably resinous from the viewpoint of workability for connection and corrosiveness.
[0017]
Moreover, it is preferable that the air diffusion member 18 is tubular. The air diffuser 18 may be arranged in a straight line or a curved line by sealing both ends of the air diffuser 18, but in order to distribute the air discharged from the air discharge holes 20 over the entire filter bed, a loop is formed. It is preferable to arrange in a shape.
[0018]
A plurality of air discharge holes 20 are provided in the air diffuser 18 with an appropriate hole diameter and pitch. And the dimension in the cross section of the air diffusion member 18, the hole diameter of the air discharge hole 20, and a pitch are determined by the air quantity to discharge. The plurality of air discharge holes 20 can be provided in the upper, lower, or side in the cross section of the air diffuser 18, but preferably in a predetermined position such as only the upper position, only the lower position, or only the lateral position. It is. Thus, by providing the air discharge holes 20 at predetermined positions, the water heads applied to the air discharge holes 20 are the same, so that air can be discharged from the air discharge holes 20.
[0019]
The support member 19 supports the air diffuser 18 horizontally and keeps the horizontal for a long time. By supporting the air diffuser 18 horizontally by the support member 19, air can be discharged from any of the air discharge holes 20 provided in the air diffuser 18.
[0020]
As the support member 19, a cylindrical or rod-like member such as a circle, an ellipse, a quadrangle, or a triangle in plan view can be preferably used. Moreover, it is preferable that the upper end and lower end of the support member 19 are planar. The material of the support member 19 may be made of resin or metal, but is preferably resinous from the viewpoints of handleability and corrosivity.
[0021]
In order to allow the air diffuser 18 to penetrate the body portion of the support member 19 in the horizontal direction and support the support member 19, a hole is provided in the body portion of the support member 19 in the horizontal direction. The size of the hole and the position in the height direction where the hole is provided are usually the same for all the support members 19. If this hole is too large, rattling of the diffuser member 18 may occur, so that the hole is preferably large enough to allow the diffuser member 18 to pass through. [0032]
In the septic tank 1, the waste water is treated as follows. First, the wastewater enters the upper part of the anaerobic filter bed tank 8 from the inflow port and flows downward to the lower part of the tank. At this time, the anaerobic filter bed tank 8 captures solid matter while passing through the anaerobic filter bed 25 and anaerobic. Organic matter is decomposed by anaerobic microorganisms adhering to the filter bed 25, and solid matter is precipitated near the bottom of the tank. The water treated in the anaerobic filter bed 8 passes through the advection section from below the anaerobic filter bed 25, enters the upper part of the anaerobic filter bed tank 9, and flows downward to the lower part of the tank. At this time, the anaerobic filter bed tank In 9, while passing through the anaerobic filter bed 26, the solid matter is captured, the organic matter is decomposed by the anaerobic microorganisms attached to the anaerobic filter bed 26, and the solid matter is precipitated near the lower part of the tank.
[0033]
The water treated in the anaerobic filter bed tank 9 passes through the advection section from below the anaerobic filter bed 26 and enters the upper part of the aerobic filter bed tank 11. In the aerobic filter bed tank 11, air supplied from the blower 10 passes through the air introduction pipe 16 and is discharged from the air discharge holes 20 of the diffuser member 18 so as to maintain an aerobic state. The water flows downward toward the bottom of the tank, but at this time, the organic matter is decomposed by trapping solids and aerobic microorganisms adhering to the filter bed 12 while passing through the filter bed 12. At this time, in the aerobic filter bed 11, since the air diffuser 18 is held horizontally by the support member 19, air can be discharged from each air discharge hole 20. Thereby, since air is supplied to the filter bed 12 evenly, aerobic biological treatment can be performed satisfactorily.
[0034]
The water treated in the aerobic filter bed tank 11 enters the treated water tank 6 as treated water, and reaches a disinfection tank 7 provided above the treated water tank 6. The treated water sterilized in the sterilization tank 7 is discharged out of the septic tank 1.
