るもの、あるいは第2図に示すように気体導管1
の上面に孔2を、下面に孔2′を設け、当該孔2
上にその中心部に連通孔6を有する散気板支持体
4を載置し、ツバ11を有するロツドボルト12
を連通孔6、孔2′に貫通しツバ11とナツト1
3により散気板支持体4を気体導管1に固定する
とともに、ロツドボルト12の上部でナツト1
3′により散気板3をパツキング9を介して散気
板支持体4上に固定し気体室5を形成し、気体導
管1に供給した気体を孔2、連通孔6、気体室5
を介して散気板3より吐出させるもの等がある。

1と散気板支持体4を接着あるいは溶接するため
に同じ材質の材料を使用しなければならず、さら
